These terms apply to your use of the L.E.M. Systems LLC website at lemsystemsnm.com and to the text message program described below. Work we perform for you is governed by your signed proposal, service agreement, or contract, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. System recommendations, device counts, and code requirements shown here are general in nature and are not a substitute for a stamped design or a site-specific survey. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding quote; pricing is provided only in a written proposal.
When you submit the quote request form, you are asking us to contact you about your project. Please do not submit confidential system details, access codes, or alarm credentials through the form.
Program description. L.E.M. Systems sends service-related text messages to customers about their projects and service. Messages include appointment and inspection scheduling and confirmations, technician dispatch and arrival notifications, service and job status updates, alarm and monitoring follow-up, and replies to questions you send us. This is not a marketing program; we do not send promotional text messages.
How you are enrolled. We text only mobile numbers that customers provide to us directly — on a signed service agreement or proposal, a work order, an inspection or site contact sheet, a quote request submitted through this website, or when you give us the number while requesting or scheduling service. By providing a mobile number, you agree that we may contact you by text at that number about your project or service. We do not use purchased or third-party lists.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your active jobs and scheduled service.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. L.E.M. Systems does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and we will not text that number again. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
How to get help. For help, reply HELP to any message from us, or contact us at support@lemsystemsnm.com or 505-681-3621. Every message we send includes help and opt-out instructions: reply HELP for help, and reply STOP to cancel.
Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not transfer consumer data to external organizations except as strictly necessary to provide the service — for example, the telecommunications carriers that deliver our messages — and we do not share such data with third parties for any other purpose, even with consent, unless required by law. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers and delivery. Text messages are delivered by mobile carriers, and delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Do not use text messaging for emergencies. Text messages are not monitored around the clock and must never be used to report a fire, an alarm condition, or any emergency. For emergencies, call 911. For alarm or monitoring issues, call 505.681.3621.
The content, layout, logos, and design of this site are the property of L.E.M. Systems LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party manufacturer names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components. Warranties covering equipment and workmanship are set out in your written agreement with us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, L.E.M. Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from text messages sent under this program. This section does not limit any obligation set out in a signed agreement between us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
